Since we founded the business in 1994 we have seen the world and the way we communicate change hugely. As much as the methods of delivery may change and evolve, the guiding principles by which we work remain as relevant today as they were on the day we started: our solution to any brief must be based upon intelligent thinking, be inspirational and engaging, progressive and differentiating. All easily stated, but not always so easy to implement.
Our team, which benefits from wide-ranging skills and experience, works together to explore ideas, looking to stretch boundaries, deny the obvious and interrogate potential solutions to ensure those principles are met. This way, we can be sure to be proud of any work that is set before our clients.
However, there is a final ingredient needed for the success of any work: our relationship with our client. We are dedicated, engaged and enthusiastic - “you actually GIVE a damn” as a client once put it - which leads to a meaningful rapport, one in which challenges may be made where appropriate and which brings about the best possible collaborative solutions.
As a result, we continue to work with some of the world’s most respected brands, on projects around the globe diverse in both nature and scale. As we look forward, we’re excited to meet the challenges our changing environment will set, enjoying the process of creating great work together with clients old and new.
Mike Ratcliffe and Jim Fowler are the heart of the company around which the creative team is built, remaining personally involved with all clients and bringing to bear their experience and personalities. They are proud to have worked over the years with people who ‘get’ what we do, value our help and most of all enjoy their work and pass on the fun.
